A Study on Emotional Intelligence and its Impact on Workers Performance in Textile Industry
Abstract
Emotional intelligence is the imperative area in recent years. Handling one’s emotion is a vital part of the improvement of their individual skills, efficiency, and their work performance in an organization. The main reason for this research is to value the emotional intelligence factor and its blow on the employees work performance in the textile industry with special reference to southern Tamil Nadu. A total of 425 employees were randomly selected and responded to the structure’s questionnaire. The various statistical tools were used to analyze the various emotional intelligence factors. The study reveals that the emotional intelligence factor positively creates a relationship with the work performance of employee.
