Abstract
Training and development are considered to be the subsystem of the organization which plays a significant role in increasing the employees' performance by making them able to do certain tasks either by making families to the employees or creating sorts of skills in them. Training and development are considered to be the essential aspect of different manufacturers as well as service organizations. Training and development not only limited to boosting the skills in employees but in a broad sense, it also basically enhances the employee’s performance in the organization which helps in achieving the organizational goals. Now there are different pieces of training which are very popular in modern times. There are different personalized training programs which are been implemented by the different organization as well as different IT-based training are also in the recent trends. So the study tries to reflect the effect of training and development in the performance of employees of the mega manufacturing industries like cement industries so the study is done in Samrat Cement Company Pvt. Ltd.
