Influence Of Salary Factor On Unıversıty Teacher’s Qualıty Of Lıfe

Abstract

The aim of the study was to explore the impact of salary factor on Government and Private University teacher’s quality of life in Gwalior city, Madhaya Pradesh. The sample consists of 100 government and 100 private University teachers. Universities were selected through purposive method and teachers were selected through random method. To analysis the data mean, standard deviation and t-test were used. The result shows that significant difference exists between Government and Private University teachers’ quality of life. Government University teachers’ quality of life was high than Private University teachers. These differences were due to their variation in salary packages.
