Abstract

Through a mixed exploratory procedure, applied to the properties located in the human settlement called Villa Suarez in the municipality of Villavicencio Meta Colombia. We performed an analysis of correlational type that determine the interaction between economic and social growth in the sector versus a dynamics of the city.

A snowball- type sampling was carried out establishing 80 premises for your intervention. Interviews were applied to collect information, which were structured according to the variables determined for the study; establishing that despite the fact that the population is economically active, it does not reach the minimum levels of sustainability, presenting a high correlation between the security of the territory studied with working conditions, determining this as the main cause of non-intervention in the agent area public or private that would energize it.
