A Systematic Mini-Review on SLA Management in Cloud Computing

Abstract

Cloud Computing is a new era of internet that provides platform by sharing resources among its users
to provide reliable and flexible services. Cloud Computing offers a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) to
serve the services requested by the users. Service Level Agreements (SLA) containing guarantees of
availability and performance. This paper explains different techniques in order to maintain and
predict service violations. Therefore, this paper is a survey of SLA management based on some
criteria such as Cloud layer, SLA support, violation prediction, performance, security
implementation.
