Design and Analysis of End Fire Microstrip Antenna for Aircraft Navigation System
Abstract
In our project we are going to design an end-fire microstrip antenna which acts as a threat indicator, and it is used to reduce the peril in aircraft concussion. Here we have chosen end fire microstrip antenna, because it is indeed for airborne system. In this project we are going to design an antenna with four feeding port by using planar element and also well-balanced shaped metamaterial lens based radome to enclose the antenna, which acts as a productive medium for the designed antenna. In this process, the concealment of the surface wave can reduce the side lobes. Hence, the structure of the radiation pattern is adjusted according to the engrossment. The planned antenna and its radome is stimulated by using EM tool CST microwave studio which can able to solve all the electromagnetic problem.
