Enhanced FQA-TOPSIS Technique Applied for Ascertaining the Best Selection of ERP Application Software

Abstract

For the past one and a half decades web development growth is growing exponentially. Without web development we cannot imagine the world today. All the web applications are working only because of the web services. The web service is the one which provides all types of business activities and moreover it is also needed for complex calculations. The most prominent name for web service is software components. Behind the web applications software components are working together to produce the enormous results to the known and unknown queries raised by the end users. In this work seven ERP applications and six attributes were taken into account and the same as put inside the Fuzzy Quantified Attributed (FQA) TOPSIS method in hesitant fuzzy. This method isused to find which one is the best and got great affordability for software industry people to employee the software component into their applications for manipulation and transactional purpose. The outcome of the work is to establish and select the best among several software components. In hesitant FQA- TOPSIS,TOPSIS provides more accurate results because of decision makers and domain experts. The decision maker’s affluent knowledge will be treated here as linguistics and intuitionistic values to outrank the software components.
