Ecommerce Site With Artificial Intelligence Chat Bot

Abstract

 Days ago people go to mart or bazaar to buy their needful things or products. Now people do not have time and power to go to mart or bazaar for purchase. And they are also not showing any interest towards that. Now day’s technologies are also developed as they are showing interest towards online shopping. Large numbers of smart devices are available in the market now. As per today’s scenario 90% of the people use their Smartphone to purchase through online. Online shopping is the form of Ecommerce. In the website of online shopping each products are mentioned with all the specifications. They choose their needful product and they can pay the amount through cash or card the bill is generated in the customer’s mail id which is specified during the login stage. The enquiry about the product can be texted in the chat box. So the quires of the customers are answered in the form of voice text and also by normal texting. In this paper proposed a new cat robot using the concept of artificial intelligence. Using this system the customer can chat easily and collect the details about the products. The text inputs are given from the customer side chat robot. The content will be store on the database. The customer receives the output in the form of text and voice.
