The Assessment Effect of Work Engagement and Work Satisfaction in The Perspective of Organization Performance

Abstract

The performance of human resources personnel to the organization is needed for the development and sustainability of government organizations in the global era. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work engagement, work satisfaction, andwork management, to the organizational performanceof human resources personnel. Data were collected using questionnaires developed based on the dimensions or indicators of each variable. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach and path analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between work engagement, work satisfaction, and work managementon organizational performance. Increased performanceorganization of human resources personnel with the policy of work management between employees, social and to fulfill the desire and requirement of Human Resources Personnel in working to increase personnelengagement.
