IoT based smoke and harmful gases detection with “GSM”

Abstract

The pollution in indoor environments causes harm to the human body. To avoid or to come out of these situations the solution is by preparing pollution monitoring system which will be helpful to a greater extent. This paper includes the model based IoT pollution sensing system which will help in continuous and real time monitoring of different gases like CO, CO2, Smoke, LPG and the air quality around us. These pollutants can be monitored by the sensors called MQ2, MQ135 and MQ7. The main purpose of the system is to design a sensing device that is Wi-Fi-based for continuous monitoring of air pollution using the Internet of Things (IoT).
