Abstract

For Rapid Antimicrobial Susceptibility test nano particles plays essential role. Isolation of bacteria takes major time in standard disk diffusion method. Nanomaterials can be utilized to trap microorganisms from samples. The trapped microbes will be separated in specimens by using either electrochemical methods or magnetic separation methods. On Nanoparticle surfaces to attract bacteria electrostatic force and hydrophobicity are important. Amount of Bacteria attached to nano particle surface can be increased by enhancing hydrophobic forces. By exposing bacterial sample to external magnetic field from magnetic nano particles sample bacteria can be separated using vials and magnet. As numerous factors may influence the scale, molecular composition, as well as crystal structures of magnetic nanoparticles throughout processing, applying laboratory procedures to a well-defined protocol is very necessary and realistic stages in preparation can dramatically strengthen material efficiency. Magnetic nano-particles may even be aimed to body part with outside magnetic-field to treat patients with diseases. The determination of bacterial growth becomes important in different microbiological therapies.so, Aim of the review is to discuss information of nanoparticles to attract bacteria for the faster Antimicrobial Susceptibility test results compared to conventional disc diffusion method. This study outlines the about different magnetic nanoparticles to attract bacteria. And using nanoparticles modified approach can produce faster results than the traditional method in use. Research into the development of safer, simplified & faster screening techniques to seperate pathogenic bacteria has resulted in developing new methods using nanoparticles to detect early stages of infection with its interconnection of nanomaterials in this scenario gives good possibility in the human or veterinary science.
