An Internet Of Things(IOT)-Based Framework for Advanced Monitoring of Baby Care by using Raspberry pi

Abstract

We are living in the 21st century, where both whether women or men is given equal right, both of them equally work hard to keep a social status in the society and stabilize themselves in this very fast- developing world. In this fast race everyone is well aware of the obstacle which parents face to look after there new born mainly when both the parents are working and are away from home .This project gives a solution to these problems of the parents and gives them the facility to keep an eye on there new born while sitting far in their work place. The idea is to design a smart cradle which covers features which is a gift to all the parents helping to nurture their infants in an creative and efficient way.The project encloses features like continuous surveillance on infant through a camera module and notifying parents when baby wets the bed or when baby is crying through a mobile app which stores data of the baby. The system is designed using Raspberry Pi 3, Humidity sensor, Raspberry Pi camera board and Arduino Mega. Thus this model helps parents to take care of their infants in the most efficient and modern way.
