Abstract

In epoch of technology, fountain of the digital prints is always rising up like e-content or e-books for any kind of courses or subjects, likelihood the demands of content. According to the IBM marketing cloud survey, 90% of the data created by the internet has been begin from 2016. The internet users in the year of 2014 is 2.4 billion which is raised by 1 million in the next two years. Surprisingly in the year of 2017 it is raised up to 300 million which is the proof of exponential growth of internet users leads to data creation must be unimaginable but countable [1]. So, in this digital era even the people who unaware of properly exercise the PDA’s, also handling with large amount of data or files or documents like bank statements, agreements, messages and communication letters, etc. Data is everywhere in the digital world like air, which is sometimes used for trace or to access or to analysis or to accept. When the amount of the data increase, its widely opened for the choices which has sometimes need more specific focus to fulfill the obligation. This research designed a framework named as ED-DL (Edit Distance using Damerau-Levenshtein Distance) which is try to facilitate the process of finding maximum related e-content or e-books or e-documents to a specific curriculum or a particular competitive examinations. The ED-DL framework combined by the interpretation of Semantic Analysis and Fuzzy Matching ideas. Specifically the documents are semantically analyzed by Latent Dirichlet Allocation algorithm and that is mapped by Damerau-Levenshtein Distance fuzzy matching techniques.
