Abstract

MANET is interconnected through wireless links which is an arrangement of small portable devices, it can move freely based on the network of mobile nodes. In MANET, the presented nodes can able to transmit each other, while all the nodes are located in the same range. These nodes with wide distribution have generated the vulnerability in MANET with various attacks whereas most probable attacks are packet dropping which is complex in detecting and preventing. The two major elements of packet loss in MANET are link error and packet dropping whereas a node can able to perform as malicious and get hurt in packet causing method. One of the best routing protocols is Ad Hoc on demand distance vector (AODV) and hence, it is familiar in attack of packet drop. This research work has proposed the security routing protocol using the mechanism of hybrid. to improve the security mechanisms in which the several protocols have used namely hash function, route discovery request, Certificates and time synchronization. The working proposes a replacement protocol named SEAODV that is totally different from AODV for security measures.
