Abstract

            This paper discuss about the concept of Job satisfaction and how it is beneficial for the employees as well as organization. The theories supporting the influence of job satisfaction factors and determinants of job satisfaction also discussed there by hailing the importance of Job satisfaction. The success of an enterprise will depend upon the ability, strength and motivation of persons working in it. Human Resources are the most important assets of an organisation. Its objective is the maintenance of better human relations in the Organisation by the development, application and evaluation of policies, procedures and programs relating to human resources to optimize their contribution towards the realisation of organisational objectives. Employees will be more satisfied if they get what they expected, job satisfaction relates to inner feelings of workers. It is concerned with getting better results with the collaboration of people.
