A STUDY OF FACTORS WHICH INFLUENCES THE ESCALATION OF EMPLOYEE ATTRITION RATE WITH RESPECT TO HOTELS IN CHENNAI CITY
Abstract
The hotel industry in Chennai has been developing gradually. The competition which is showcased in this industry is very powerful and result and profit oriented. Each firm is contributing “Excellent utility” to consumers by increasing the market growth and profit. These are the observation which differs from other sectors. This industry refers to service oriented which is impalpable in nature. There is always a human factor which is involved in this industry and cannot be matched by other palpable structure. Human element plays a significant role. It also channelizes their human resources department by fulfilling the organization objectives. This study analyses the factors which influences the escalation of employee attrition rate in the hotel industry in Chennai.
