ALGORITHMS FOR FILTRATION AND VISUALIZATION OF GASTROENTEROLOGICAL SIGNALS
Abstract
The paper presents algorithms and programs of preliminary processing biomedical signals. Distribution of organ parameters are described in domain of frequency range. Mathematical methods are given to remov trends from gastrogram. The results of research into the direction to digital filtration of the lowest-frequency biomedical signals (in the range of 0.01 - 0.25 Hz) and removal trends before processing both in time and frequency areas are considered. From experimental signals, differences between sick and healthy patient were analyzed. The two gastrograms are illustrated, the first based on gastrogram containing a trend, and the second is a gastrogram with a remote trend.
