Employability skills are set of skills and behaviors of the job seekers for any job. The employability skills are collectively called as the soft skills; fundamental skills work readiness skills and job readiness skills. The Present scenario the expectation of the employer is much higher which not actually possessed. Educational institutions nowadays are taking lot of efforts in inculcating the skills which are required by the employers. In order to map up the employability skills among graduates, there are special trainings are being given to the students while in study. The passing out graduates in huge numbers whereas the acquired skill level is minimum.
