Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the source of the problems that affected use behavior, by exploring the factors of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions as well as presenting a mediating variable that was behavioral intentions. The research was quantitative research and main data collection technique used a questionnaire, distributed to an absolute sample of 201 students to represent a population of 29,629 students. Data processing method used WARP-PLS 6.0. The results showed that performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions and behavioral intentions affected use behavior. The results showed that the direct effect test showed that performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions affected use behavior while effort expectancy had no effect on use behavior. The indirect effect test showed that behavioral intentions successfully mediated performance expectancy and social influence, and did not succeed in moderating effort expectancy towards use behavior.
