Z Generation Satisfaction toward Food Street Culinary at the time of Covid 19 Pandemic

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether food quality, price fairness and perceived value affects the satisfaction of Gen Z students in enjoying the culinary archipelago that is sold on street vendors during the COVID 19 pandemic. Survey methods are used in research this. Data collection using the online questionnaire instrument. The target population in this study is generation Z students who are pursuing bachelor degrees in Jakarta aged 18-25 years, data collection was conducted in April 2020 when the COVID 19 pandemic occurred. The number of samples determined was 200 and the data collection technique used convenience sampling techniques. Analysis of the collected data was tested using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling approach with the SmartPls 3.0 program. The results showed that there was an effect of Food quality on customer satisfaction, there was an effect of Price Fairness on customer satisfaction. Likewise, there is the effect of Perceived Value on customer satisfaction..
