Impact of Consumer Behavior on Indian Retail Sector

Abstract

In the competitive market, consumers are the key element and they have  the choice makers. The behavioral  pattern of the Indian consumer has been changed by  organized retail sector. In no time buyer motivation  is changing its perception  . Media has the grate role to change the consumer mind to penetrate the retail sector , it has also implies the buyer occupation to spend money in retail sector . Under the one roof Consumer wants to eat, shop and obtain entertained without loss of time . Due to the increasing income of consumers today, they want to bang  of choices, new verities  and new option of shopping , and satisfy their desires . Consumers are more aspiring  to  shopping and need the shopping experience to there  life . In early time Shopping was not a proactive need ,bur now shopping is a entertainment, need, by choice with organizes manner. 

       In India,  Consumer dynamics is a changing scenario in retail sector , retailers had made to formulate their strategies and plan  to deliver value to the buyer. So every retailer must have assessment the value of  ethics  within the retail marketplace. The primary determents  identifying the  growth, market place , profile of the consumer, demographic etc . It also means to say that, in the marketplace ,fairly  competition and challenges take place, it lead to the Indian retail sector is more organized motivated to buying behavior to satisfy the target market’s and impact to improve the competitors. This study will examine  to explore the impact of consumer behavior on Indian retail sector.
