IoT Based Location Survelliance Using Quadrapped Robot

Abstract

People are developing several automated robots that are used for dangerous or lifesaving tasks. But these robots are having some limitations for exploring the dangerous areas. So one cannot completely fulfill the task. By observing the Mother Nature one can find many solutions for overcoming these limitations. By designing biologically inspired robots we can create efficient robots which can outperform the present day’s robots. So a spider robot is one answer for this problem instead of traditional robots with wheels that can only provide minimal movement, use legs that are more flexible and give the robot more freedom for its movement through uneven and multiple terrains of the land. Due to its lightweight and compact structure, there are many applications where robot can use. It can be used in military, law enforcement, explosive ordinance disposal units, private security firms, rescue operations and also general maintenance and inspection of dangerous sites. Here provide a camera to this robot for inspecting the area and allows us to take pictures simultaneously. In future, extend the features of this spider by including object collision avoidance system and GPS for accurate location management.
