Abstract

Generally managing men is difficult task for the organization. In the same way,Now the present ere facing problem is managing and maintaining Sales force. The companies in the present world have failure to managing the sales force. For retain and managing sales force the companies need to determine the factors will influence to leave the employees in the organization. The review paper also help the companies how to manage the effective sales force and increase their satisfaction levels.
