Abstract

In this modern world of industrialization, the utilization and wastage of energy are abundant in all sectors which leads to the exhaust of natural resources. It is mainly due to the increased economic and population scenario around the world. This has to be reduced by utilizing efficientequipment, so the design and performance rate of energy transferring equipment were studied by various researchers to improve its performance throughcomputational and experimental works. In this paper, the computational part had been studied for tube in tube heat exchangers made of different materials like steel, copper and copper coated with silver nanoparticles. The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was simulated under the steady-state conditionwith the validated temperature distribution and mass flow rate results obtained through experimental work. The appearance of heat travel through the different pipes in CFD formulation helps to identify and compare the mathematical and analytical results. In this, the temperature distribution and flow regimes played a significant part.
