Abstract

Building information modeling (BIM) is a new way of creating a virtual model of a building and creating knowledge bases for it to make fundamental changes in all areas of construction. By providing access to databases for buildings, BIM makes it possible to make any changes, corrections or repairs in the future or during simple and economical operation. In this study, in addition to introducing BIM, it has identified and prioritized effective factors and the role of benefits, understanding implementation, risks and challenges, in addition to the benefits of building information modeling, the identification of factors affecting implementation has also been examined. This research is applied in terms of purpose and its results have the ability to facilitate problem solving in various projects and in terms of survey time and have been studied by ANP Analysis Network Phase method. The statistical population of this study also included two sections. The first sample consisted of 108 well-known university professors in the field of BIM who were selected for inferential analysis as well as statistical research tests. The second example, for paired comparisons in the ANP method, identified 20 BIM experts. The results of the analysis of the data from the questionnaires show that; Minimum average to the criterion of "corruption" with a value of 5.515; Also, the highest weighted average is allocated to the variable "maintenance and occurrence of accidents such as earthquakes and floods" with a value of 5.726.Also, the results of the study of the weighted average of the status of the variables show that; the lowest weighted average of the status of variables to the variable "time and interference" with a value of 5.275; and the highest weighted average of the status of the variables is assigned to the variable "Human Resources" with a value of 5.645. The results of the ranking of research variables by ANP method also show that; According to the analysis of the phase network and determining the priority of the criteria, "Human Resources" has the highest rank with a weight of 0.25227 and "Time and Interactions" with a weight of 0.01404, has the lowest rank.
