Prediction of Students Learning Performance Using Machine Learning Algorithms
Abstract
Predictthestudent’sperformanceismoredifficultduetolargenumberofdatabase.Nowaday’sstudentsarefacingmanyproblemsintheiracademicstudies.Themainobjectiveofanyeducationalinstituteistoprovidequalityeducationandgrowtheoverallperformanceofanorganizationbylookingatindividualperformances.Toreferredtheexistingdatabaseneedmorenewlargedatabaseforanalyzingprocess.InexistingpapersusesomedataminingalgorithmtechniquessuchasNaïveBayes,J48andNeuralNetworksusingWEKATool.InthisarticleweusedtoclassificationmethodforanalyzingtheperformanceoftheStudent.HereweintroducethenewdataminingtechniquesuchasC5.0,NaïveBayesandRandomForestAlgorithms.RProgrammingLanguageisanopensourcetoolforpredictingthestudentlowlearner’sacademicperformancewithgoodaccuracy.
