Review on Load Balancing in Cloud computing for Optimal Resource Usage

Abstract

Cloud Computing provides a large amount of computing as well as storage service through internet and is a next stage in the evolution of Internet. For essential operation in cloud environment Load Balancing is essential. Cloud computing is a popular technology and in order to get the results quickly load balancing is the most appropriate method. To implement load balancing different algorithms are developed. The load balancing is said to be effective when the utilization of resources is optimum and available for the user whenever they are required without any delay and thereby increasing the performance. Different types of load balancing algorithm and their uses and drawbacks are explained in this paper.
