Abstract
An investigation into the occupational constraints faced by collegiate teachers is very essential because gone by the days where college teachers were assessed for their teaching skills alone. In today’s age, they are assessed not only as a teacher but as a researcher, administrators, advisor, counselor, leader, and abode in many other roles also. All these roles of a teacher have evolved as it is mandatory for educational intuitional to be accredited by NAAC, NIRF, AISHE, etc. If the college is already autonomous than additional work pertaining to autonomous status will be there.
