Abstract

This article presents and experimentally tested the method of improving the combined actions of Greco-Roman style wrestlers, taking into account the specifics of competitive activity, as well as the results obtained during the pedagogical experiment.A method of improving the combined actions of Greco-Roman style wrestlers has been developed, which contributes to the development of technical and tactical training used in competitions.
