THE ROLE OF TEACHER ENHANCING INNOVATE CREATIVE THINKING IN HIGH SCHOOLS OF DISTRICT SHAHEED BANEZIER ABAD.

Abstract

Critical thinking is an important for students Meta cognitive process. The role of teacher is an important, it enhances critical skills among student’s performance, such as analysis, evaluation and inference. The objective of this study is to study the teacher’s role in innovative creative skills of schools of district Shaheed Benazirabad. To assess the teachers performance enhancing the creative skills of schools of district Shaheed Benazirabad.  The Methodology of this study is quantitative and the Survey method was conducted from the government high schoolsof the District Shaheed banzirabad. The population of this study was district Shaheed Benazirabad; it has 136 high schools, while the sample was taken from the taluka Nawabshah. It has 24 high schools; Random Sampling has used to choose for data collections. There were 200 hundred respondents 100 hundred from the teacher side and 1000 from the students side, The researcher used 30 questionnaire , Finding of the study that that the teacher do not use any creative activities in their schools and not enhance the ideas of students toward thinking, and not produces such activities which close to our daily life, Same students also not asking any question from their teachers, student have no interest in such kind of activities to enhance their creative skills. Students remain passive in the class it is recommended that teacher should provide creative environment in class, with freedom to make something new, not leave student passive in the class.
