Community-Acquired Pneumonia In The Background Of Chronic Kidney Disease
Abstract
Objective: to study the clinical features of community-acquired pneumonia in patients with chronic kidney disease. The study included 120 pneumonia patients: 40 patients had no history of renal pathology, 80 patients suffered from chronic kidney disease (GFR for 3 months before pneumonia developed 30-60 ml / min / 1.7 m2, Pneumonia + CKD group) Verification of the diagnosis was carried out on the basis of chest x-ray, the formulation of the diagnosis included determining the type of pneumonia - lobar or focal drainage.
