Performance Enhancement of a Grid Connected DFIG system Based on STATCOM and PID Controller
Abstract
In this paper, the interconnection of breeze control group in the electricity grid will move control quality and reliability. The effects of wind turbines on power quality measurements in the grid are active power, reactive power, voltage changes, flicker, harmonic and electrical performance in coupling operations, all of which are measured according to national and international standards. The study in this document proves power quality problems caused by wind turbine installation along with the power grid. Using MATLAB / SIMULINK, the proposed control system proposed to remedy power quality problems in grid connected wind power generation was simulated in the power system module
