Abstract

LI-FI has been developing rapidly in the last few years in wireless communications. LI-FI is a wireless optical networking technology that uses light emitting diodes for data transmission, by Using the concept of LI-FI data transmission between the vehicles with the help of headlights. With the help of this technology the road accident can be controlled and many human lives can be saved. A device called as ultrasonic sensor which is used to measure the distance is used here to communicate between the two vehicles when they come in contact at a certain range. Using this LI-FI the data is transmitting from one vehicle to another. The data that is transmitted through LIFI can be any data like audio, video or text. This concept can be implemented at very low cost and with higher efficiency. In this proposal LED lights are used for communication. LED lights are fast switching, high power efficiency and safe to human vision.  Ultrasonic sensor will be used for speed breaker’s detection with the help of object detection sensor and we are using a buzzer to alert vehicles about ahead speed bakers. In survey most of the accident are happening due to lack of application of breaks at right time and at right place. In order to avoid this collision introducing a technology to detect the object and sending the details to the preceding vehicles to avoid collision.
