Abstract

Human resource professional can play an active role in the changing process of both the employer and the employees.¹  The challenges faced by intergrading the work force are many problems like cultural clashes, loss of talent, and inability to manage the change can make the situation worse.² All these inferences either indirectly or directly related to the strategic management of people and the factors contributing to a great work place now come under a glass in different magnifications – to put in plainly, factors are considered less importance and occupied the bottom due to changing work place dynamics.³
