Corporate Culture and Strategic Flexibility in Private Higher Education Institutions
Abstract
Using a descriptive verification approach, this study was conducted with an aim to examine to what extent corporate culture affect the adoption of strategic flexibility in private higher education institutions in Indonesia. Data collection involved a sample size of 88 respondents from 8 private universities in West Java, Indonesia. Data processing was performed by means of SMARTPLS. The results revealed that corporate culture was found to be a very crucial factor in the implementation of strategic flexibility in higher education institutions and that there was a positive relationship between corporate culture and strategic flexibility.
