A Comparative Investigation of Antimicrobial Activities From Metal (Ag And Cu) Nanoparticles

Abstract

In the present investigation, an attempt was made to synthesize the metal  nanoparticles is prepared by using a medicinal plant andrographis paniculata. The structural morphology characterization of synthesized in metal nanoparticles was carried out using SEM and powdered XRD. The optical characterization was carried out using UV-Vis and FTIR. The SEM result shows that the nano particles are of spherical shape and the average crystal sizes of the metal nanoparticle are in the different ranges. The metal nanoparticles of shows are high antimicrobial activity against gram positive bacteria.
