Abstract

E-payments can be characterized as the procedure of payment, eliminating the usage of paper instruments. The e-payment frameworks comprises of online credit card exchange, electronic wallet (e-wallet), electronic money (e-money), online store value frameworks, computerized accumulating balance frameworks, advanced checking payment frameworks and wireless payment frameworks.  In the current situation the vast majority of the exchanges were made cashless and in future physical type of monetary forms will never again be the king. There are diverse medium acquainted with complete cashless exchanges. This paper recognizes the shoppers' observation on cashless exchanges, factors impacting cashless exchanges, individual innovativeness and social impact. On the basis of a structured questionnaire, 200 valid responses were collected. From the data collected statistical tools like Chi-square, Correlation coefficient and Multi variable regression were used in order to conduct the process of analysis. From the study conducted, it can be identified that the personal innovativeness and social influence is a factor influencing people on the usage of mobile payment. It was likewise discovered that security and convenience are the most significant elements which impact purchasers towards cashless exchanges. Demographic variables such as income, education, status and geographical variable such as area of residence also influence consumer satisfaction and usage rate of e-payment. With the progression in innovation and popularity of internet, the affect of making on the net transactions will undoubtedly choose up power. In a while, the payment modes as of now applied and upheld will see a declining sample on account of the numerous advantages offered via electronic payment systems.
