Abstract

The aim of the implementation of the State Plantation which was originally intended to provide employment for the community, without elaborating more clearly on how the State Plantation business operators were to carry out working relationships with their workers. The methodology of the research in this paper is normative juridical. This study will further emphasize the existence of a paradigm shift in a State Plantation Company in looking at the Position of Workers as one of the stakeholders or strategic partners and not making it a variable that must be controlled. In conclusion, it is necessary to immediately amend the integrated labor regulations as a State Plantation company culture so that later the position of workers in the State Plantation Company returns to its original position with legal protection against it as mandated by the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
