Abstract
Digital transformation is considered a process and as well as a result. It brings innovative change but also considers it as an evolutionary phenomenon. In continuation to digitization, evolution to business with technology at its centre also entails a shift in the culture and outlook of an organization. Much like every other part of an organization, digitalization of HR is crucial in the era where technological interruption is the custom. Digital transformation of HR is an alteration in the way HR functions, by means of data to guide all fields of HR: compensation, benefits, management of performance, learning and development, rewards and hiring. E-HRM is known as the application of information technology for HR practices which permits easy communications between employee and employers. Information technology is responsible to have a change in, the way the HR department manages data maintaining and sharing. It reduces the book-keeping greatly and permits easy access to large data.
