Abstract

Technology is the major part of the business today and companies are using various tools to keep themselves ahead of their competitors in the market.It has bought a new set of challenges that the employees of the companies have to face and IT being the industry changing on daily basis, employees have to be ready for the changes because IT demands flexibility, adaptability and change. This research paper analyses the various challenges faced by the workforce of the IT Industry due to the technological disruptions with respect to genders and the years of experience on the IT field of an individual.
