Abstract

Internet of Things means a network of physical objects such as vehicles, devices, and buildings equipped with electronics, software, sensors, and network communication that allows data collection and sharing of these objects. The IOT objects are to be sensed and controlled remotely through existing networks, making it possible to turn an emerging physical environment into computer-based systems, resulting in an improved performance, accuracy and economic gain that also contribute to benefit HR in an organization. The vision of the future of Internet stuff is "Connected Life"- where things like objects, computers, and cultures are linked and the digital and physical world interacts together. The word "connected life" refers to the world where many devices are used by businesses and consumers to experience compelling new services and omnipresent internet access provided via mobile networks.  This paper aims to demonstrate how IoT technologies have the potential to radically alter the way organizations conduct and quantify work and improve their performance.
