Role of Complete Qualitative Management in the performance of an employee and their innovation performance.
Abstract
This empirical data examines the consequences of Complete Quality Management practices on the quality of performance of an employee & their innovativeness in an organization. This study makes use of a cross-sectional survey methodology - empirical data was obtained from multiple surveys conducted among randomly selected employees and employers from ISO certified firms in different industries, encompassing both product and service-oriented sectors. The finding is expected to suggest that the presence of Complete Qualitative Management has an effect on the quality of performance of an employee and also the innovative capabilities of an employee within an organization.
