Abstract

At Present remote sensing, supported satellite images is one of the leading key supply of data for multi temporal change detection. From all sorts of satellite images, the multi spectral images present the advantage of identifying the planet surface in several bands; every band provides different and required information. During this work we have a likelihood to propose a brand-new methodology which supports linear PCA to extract helpful and meaningful information from signals provided by the remote sensing, and it, notices the changes in temporal. Experiments supported images of the satellite similar of the urban and rural region has given adequate leads to change detection.
