Abstract

In certain industrial environment, there are lots of parameter that operate on different functions which are manually measured and controlled. The proper functioning of these parameters is necessary to ensure good productivity and safety, so automated control is evolved in microcontroller according to the set point. The automation can be monitored and controlled in process industries with the help of microcontroller and its accessories, with zigbee technology. In coolant oil, flow, level, pressure and temperature are some of the parameters to be controlled by RF technology for generation of good quality of steel. If the coolant oil storage tank operates with insufficient level of oil, severe damage could occur in the steel process. In order to paramount the safety, exact level has to be maintained in storage tank. And if the output of the flow get increased or decreased the steel process get damaged. In this project, monitoring and controlling of level and flow is designed by using zigbee technology. So the main advantage of the project is to control the parameters by zip bee technology through wireless technology with high data transfer.
