Abstract

Surface tartness is one of the crucial performance characteristic to the weighed In the manufacturing process. Numerous effects of surface  tartness are as follows . cutting tool material , spindle, speed, feed rate, deep resentment and material properties. The effect on A16061 Aluminum exterior face by using three parameters .Which are like transmission spindle, forward speed and deep resentment are the main concern of the research with the help of CNC milling machine. We were able to conduct this research .Total number of experiments that lead to the success of the research were 18 experiments and to determine the variation in the surface acrimony by fluctuating  transmission spindle, forward speed and deep resentment as clout factors using taguchi method various schematic experiment was done in this thesis. Taguchi method is a method in which we able to arbitrate the ideal machining. Parameters leading to least surface tartness in face milling. Then quality of the result were tested with the analysis of variance (ANOVA).The net conclusion 18 that the forward speed is the utmost improvised  aspect  which contributed 48.79% where as the 17.64% and 17.30%was contributed by the deep resentment respectively for outside face tartness.
