Abstract

Bones, Skin and Nerve regeneration and repairability through tissue engineering is a major breakthrough in the fields of bio-medical technology. This paper focuses on the different popular techniques of tissue engineering. It contains information about synthetic bio-polymers and extracellular matrix analogues (scaffolds). The paper also discusses about different applications of tissue engineering. It has briefly mentioned about the bio-polymers Chitsan. The paper highlights the future of tissue engineering with the introduction of 4-d and 3-d printing technology.
