Review Paper on Lean Manufacturing

Abstract

In this paper, we will discuss the basic concept of lean manufacturing and the technology used is lean manufacturing. Also, we will discuss how this concept of lean manufacturing became a part of productivity improvement techniques and how they are better in technology. Lastly, we will discuss about various improvement program used in lean manufacturing which make it different from others. Basically, it focuses on removing waste from business processes to improve productivity, safety and quality.
