Mental wellbeing describes the inner feelings of the person and how he/she deals with daily life.  It is holistic and includes social, physical, mental, financial   and emotional wellness. 89% of India's population has accepted that they are suffering from stress.  With such a large population, it is a major issue to deal with. The study aims to understand the mental wellbeing of the employees and their performance in the Indian manufacturing sector.  It also aims to study how technology affects the mental wellbeing of an employee. The regular   incidence of   stress   and   work -  related    stress   on employees on the job in recent times has become a worrying trend.  Data   is   collected   using   quantitative   methods   like Questionnaires and surveys.  Of these, the determinants are identified for the implementation of TQM using factor analysis.
