Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the level of employee satisfaction provided to the engineers in Kerala. Employee satisfaction represents one of the most complex areas today’s managers face when it comes to managing their employees. Employee satisfaction affects productivity of a company directly since productivity depends on so many variables. Moreover, employee satisfaction has its impact on the general life of the employees. Numerous examinations have exhibited a surprisingly huge effect hands-on fulfilment on the inspiration of engineers, while the degree of inspiration affects the profitability, and thus likewise on the execution of business associations. The study tries to evaluate the factors that affect the satisfaction level of the engineers in Kerala. It assesses how far welfare and financial factors motivate the engineers in a company. Thus, the study of such kind is very essential and is the sole purpose of the research paper.
