Abstract

Employee Retention orin other words successfully managing turnover is essential to any organisation in spite of its size,nature or its type. When the Job Market is good or if it improves, Number of employees who have had few options will be looking for new alternatives. Employee turnover can be expensive, disruptive, and damaging to organizational success.This study aims at understanding the strategies adopted by companies to retain employees. The study also suggests practices and methods to be adopted by companies during the period of COVID-19.
